@ICEFANG13
You're not nearly as funny, or as clever, as you think you are. Anyone using Captain of the Watch, who has 6 CMC to pay, is most likely going to have some kind of Glorious Anthem card, or some other +1/+1 type Enchantment, out on the Battlefield. They're probably also going to have some Soldier beef-up cards on the Battlefield too (such as Daru Warchief or Veteran Armorsmith). At the very least, they'll have an Instant +X/+X in their hand. Lightning Bolt is a good card - there's no denying that - but by your statements, it's as if you assume your opponent will have NOTHING else in his or her hand or on the Battlefield. Please.
This card is phenomenal! It is fair-costed, and well-balanced.

For WW, one 3/3 and three 2/2 with Vigilance is fine. But with Rite of Replication it is superb.

I'm really glad the designers started making the tribes better and more powerful. Without them, I wouldn't be able to figure out how to make cards work well together.
See: Elvish Archdruid.

Captain of the Watch+Veteran Armorsmith+Veteran Swordsmith+Honor of the Pure= +3/+3 to all of your soldiers. So those little 1/1 tokens will be a rather problematic 4/4, and that's assuming you don't have a Coat of Arms in play (with just the cards I've mentioned so far, everyone you control would get +5/+5, in addition to the bonus mentioned earlier). Those little tokens could become 9/9 if you can get these cards out without facing a ton of removal, and dismantling the chain of bonuses requires more removal than your opponent is likely to have if you got this far already.

Ah white dope! This is another card of creamy goodness if you can get it into play before cleansing. Some sick interaction with this and cloudgoat ranger. That's a lot of soldiers! At least mobilization didn't get reprinted.

its one of the only late game super cards that makes sense to have more then two of in a deck.
i run four in my agro soldier deck
this plus Mirror-Sigil Sergeant plus a white/blue land= YES
first you play the Sergeant, then next turn drop the Captian and you have four trampilling 5/5's with vigilance, turn after that you have the Captian and friends plus eight trampilling 5/5's
if you have more of the white flufing fun (honor of the pure, veteran armor/swordsmith, another Captian) then more power to you
wate a second, you said you wanted to play blue
to bad WotC demands that white have the power
did you not get the memo, we have three good colors and one GOD like color
and blue just rolled up in a corner and died

"It's just what I suspected: a big fat hermaphrodite with a flock of seagulls haircut and only one nostril..." I love cards like this, non-simple non-complex cards that are fun to play and easy to kill but removal resistant. They're effects are powerful and unique in a way that her getting Lightning Bolted may lose you the game since all of your creatures just ran up and she's a smoldering crater back by the Wall of Denial reminds me of Thelon of Havenwood for fungus decks and she's worth her weight (which I won't ask her) in mana. Doing well in a solider deck or a control deck this beauty know how to please a man. (lololol)
Cards not overpowered but cool looking fun to play and exactly their rarity like her deserve a 5/5
Hey you can't have that! That snorkel been just like a snorkel to me!
