Seriously love the card with what effect it does to my opponents. Tapped out and time for the vamps to roam

Whenever you play this it may as well be "discard entire hand" if you run mono black. But normally, unless you are playing a control/draw heavy deck, thats 2 cards, if not less. Not truly worth it IMO. Only time it'd really be useful is against decks with lots of draw, and that normally means counters.

1/2 of the time, this will win the game. 1/4 of the time, you might as well play Three Tragedies for the amount of cards your opponent has in their hand. 1/4 of the time, it has no effect whatsoever. This can be a bomb, but only some of the time.
4/5.

One of the only reasons I would ever use Sign in Blood on my opponent. Use it to load up my opponent's hand with cards, bring in two Liliana's Caress, and then this on turn 5. INSTAKILL!!!

This card has had a massive effect on some of my games, but most of the time my opponent has no cards left in his hand.

This is incredible! I've played mono black for half a year and few cards can match the evil feeling you get inside when you play this, making the opponent discard his entire hand, leaving a carefully planned scheme of his in a sad hell bent state. This is black as only black can be, so incredibly cruel and wicked, one of the few cards that actually makes me feel bad when I'm playing it.I was once playing a game against an opponent, I had 5 swamps and this, I asked "how many cards you got?" he replied "5, you've got a mind rot?" I couldn't help but smile while I played this and won the game 2 turns after, kinda feeling like I had done something wicked. Why tinker with 1 card removals that often cannot find a target when you can destroy their entire hand? If oyu play mono black, do not hestitate in competitions. In casual, I would maybe hestitate a bit, since it can make your friends sad ^^.

You rated it low because it's good, rillaan? :\ This is conditional. Your opponent must have a hand for it to be devastating. And now with things like Vengevine and the massive amount of Black and White recursion cards your opponent may want some of that stuff in their graveyard. This card is great but it isn't taking the "fun out of the game".

This card just ends games. Good in main deck and sideboards alike.
