@Gezus82 -- You'd not get the token, because the Splinter would be Exiled, and never hit the Graveyard

This would work very well in an Ally Deck, especially one in which you enchant a Jwari Shapeshifter...

I used this with an Emberwilde Augur to deal 3 free damage every turn. Won that game handily, and that's not even the best use in my RG deck! Fantastic card.

I think Splinter Twin is a pretty cool guy; eh makes clones and doesn't afraid of anything :P

This ability wouldn't normally be able to create a Clone or a Jwari Shapeshifter where you can choose a new creature to copy. For example, you cast Clone and copy a Soul Warden and then you attach Splinter Twin to your copy--when you activate the copy ability given by the aura, it can only produce a token that is a copy of a Soul Warden.

That's not to say it's impossible to have a Clone that uses Splinter Twin to produce more Clones that actually can copy different creatures. Imagine the following scenario. You have a Marshal's Anthem on the table at the time you cast your Clone, but you opt to not copy anything. Your Clone enters the battlefield as (and remains) a 1/1 Clone creature. Attaching Splinte... (see all)

I like the Pestermite combo, toss in Coat of Arms to attack with...say, 300 flying 300/300's?
