@pm11
You do realize that in your example, you would have 3 creatures that are green, 3 mana, and 1 colorless creature that sacs for a colorless mana. So you could get 6 out of 8 for his cost.

One of my absolute favorite cards. It took me a lot of searching and patience, but I got one and it's one of the centerpieces of my Rolling Thunder deck (mono-Green that centers on overwhelming stampede)

An 8/8 for 8+trample already sounds like a good deal, but thank you for making this so much sweeter.

Elf decks have a great big friend in this fella. I also like to use him to follow up a huge casting of Wolfbriar Elemental. "Ok, so I threw down a 4/4, and 7 2/2 wolves for each time I kicked it. And oh, what the hell, here have an 8/8 trampler too."

My god, who likes this more, Timmy or Johnny? I think this card has sparked a new breed of MTG player: Tony.
