""Pelakka = 7 letters. 7 CMC. 7 power, 7 toughness. 7 lines of text.
Almost perfect, nothing in the artwork makes a reference to 7 though..."
+7 life, and 7 syllables in "Pelakka Wurm, Creature-Wurm". That's it, people! Seven instances of seven! Thread complete."
Seven syllables in each part of the flavor-text.
Wait...
Eight instances of seven...

The third line of text has 21 (7x3) syllables, and "Trample" has 7 letters. It's a conspiracy, man.

I Love this guy compared to Duskdale Wurm. I've been looking for a good replacement for him in Standard, and this Wurm takes the cake. For the same CMC, it has equal power & toughness and static abilities, while also allowing for card draw and uber life gain!
Wheee!

I nearly forgot he has trample, icing on the cake. No flavor, just extreme efficiency. I say this guy needs to be reprinted next core set.

@ Aun
don't you mean "draw 1/7th of a card"?
This is one of the most efficient cards ever made. 3 different effects, all well rounded, and none are negative.
gaining 7 life in one going costs, at best, 2, but probably 3.
drawing 1 card costs 1, on average
and a 7/7 with trample costs 7+
do the math.

@feeble, It is not to expensive to cast, no were near. Its green. Green if full of great mana/land axel to the point casting it turn 4 or even 3 is not unbeleavable (though i doubt 3 in standard).
