@thomraven: Cycling =/= forest/mountain cycling. the rannet just has regular cycling.

@bijart_dauth:
"Green if full of great mana/land axel to the point casting it turn 4 or even 3 is not unbeleavable (though i doubt 3 in standard)."
It's possible in Standard, but unlikely to happen (basically takes a god draw with no interruption.)
Turn 1: Forest, Joraga Treespeaker
Turn 2: Forst, level the Treespeaker, tap it for Explore, Forest, Llanowar Elves
Turn 3: Forest, this.

This card is just too fun. Outside of the mana cost (which can be mana ramped to hell, especially since it's green), there are no drawbacks.

A key component of wurm decks everywhere! And an excellent green beater to boot. Now all we need is a legendary RedGreenWhite wurm...

When it comes in, it brings you food, giving you life through increased vitality. When it dies, you cut it open for trinkets.

No loyalty in nature :P

And so this innocent wurm was born, never knowing it would one day be the inspiration for the monstrous Thragtusk. Thragtusk Wurm, we still love you!
