@thomraven: Cycling =/= forest/mountain cycling. the rannet just has regular cycling.

It's possible in Standard, but unlikely to happen (basically takes a god draw with no interruption.)
Turn 1: Forest, Joraga Treespeaker
Turn 2: Forst, level the Treespeaker, tap it for Explore, Forest, Llanowar Elves
Turn 3: Forest, this.

This card is just too fun. Outside of the mana cost (which can be mana ramped to hell, especially since it's green), there are no drawbacks.
