Of course, that's a very specific situation, and I'm sure you consider the Spiritdancer to be a terrible card without a competitive pedigree. Just thought you might enjoy the single counter-example to the card-disadvantage I could think of off the top of my head.
Also, Canopy Cover will protect your creatures from Brainspoil. Lol.
Edit: Bramble Elemental doesn't count because an opponent can kill it in response to an aura being cast, whereas the Spiritdancer draws you a card when an aura is cast.

This is card to use with "Omnath, Locus of Mana". He's too valuable to leave open, and strong enough to warrant the attack bonus. This reminds me of "Whispersilk Cloak", which has a very similar combination of effects.
I don't think this is better or worse than "Vines of Vastwood". They both have their strengths. I'll probably run them both. In all, a nice green staple.

1 green mana for troll shroud and colorless mana for unblockable except creatures with flying or reach? That's some good deal!

Essentially give it super shroud and offensive flying. Much better than Vines of Vastwood IMO because it gives permanent evasion (as long as he doesn't take care of the enchantment). However, I'd put both in a deck, as VoV can provide a boost and that instant speed can be good in a pinch.

A creature that can be made unblockable except to flying and have shroud with a 2 mana enchantment can be some awesome fun for green, where most of your creatures are big to begin with. It only takes one 3/3 with this on it or a 4/4, and some colossal might to finish a game quick before your opponent grabs their wrath.. if you got this on a great sable stag its game over for most blue/black decks right there.

Dislike. Creature enchantments should be useful without having to attach them to creatures that are big already. It sort of defeats the purpose. Try Vines of Vastwood if you need a shroud-granting card from Zendikar block--it's much better.

This card is a combination of Dense Canopy and Dense Foliage as an aura card and some better/options. But this is the reason, why I don't like this card from a design perspective.
It's shurely a powerful card in limited, if you can get this thing going. Making a River Boa or any fattie the game winner, hell Summit Apes or Vastwood Zendikon feels so unbelievable powerful if enchanted with this card...
But as already mentioned, it's still an aura and still can be 'countered' by removing the target. Therefore I would have rather enjoyed this as a real creature or if there would have been a Gatherer of Graces with ff-shroud and this aura with regenerate instead of ff-shroud.
