I suppose it could put you well ahead in tandem withMycosynth Lattice. But of course, the Lattice isn't exactly desperate for combo pieces.

It was great once upon a time in Mirroden, but now... not so much. Unless you're pulling like a Mycocynth Lattice / Shattering Spree combo and just want to win more by drawing a bunch cards over your opponent's dead body. But that would just make you kind of a jerk.
