Cosi's trickster, This, Grand architect, trinket mage into (idk brittle effigy) trickster/architect/mage = mana to proliferate..throw down jace and a contagion engine with counterspell back up = gg

Like the big brother contagion engine better. 4 mana for a proliferate once is a bit steep, it'll cost you 36 mana to kill the opponent from one poison counter. I know it's turn 2 drop, but still... I donøt know, I should probably plat it before I decide. Might be need to have this in infect, since you can quickly run out of cards with those small creatures, and then still have something to spend your mana on. Interesting...
battled a guy used this with lux cannon and voltaic, it was brutal, got him down to 1 health, but then he got his combo going and dead locked me.

Perhaps a dumb question regarding proliferate. If I proliferate a planeswalker, does it's (+1) ability activate?

Probably to much to hope for, but ...

seems solid. maybe get played in T2 a bit. as a cost 2 -1/-1 counter plus one each turn if nothing else. at least its uncommon Lux Cannon isn't good without charge counter acceleration, im looking at you profilerate

Pretty much anything with Proliferate is great consider you can choose which counters you can decide to put an extra one, on players, creatures, and Planeswalkers. It would be hilarious to see Elspeth Tirel been profliferated to use her Ultimatum against your opponents on te turn she comes in play.

I was always happy to draw this card, even when facing down an empty board. That 4 mana activation cost is killer, though. Any deck that plans to run this had better have a plan to fuel it. My limited deck didn't/couldn't. Everflowing Chalice would be an excellent choice. That said, paying four mana to give a player a poison counter seems unusually slow.
