No comments yet? This card is fine. It's later-game removal and so probably won't see play outside of casual, but it's always satisfying. It just got a lot more fun with the Eldrazi running around all big and mostly targetable.

I agree. In decks with a lower mana curve it may only be good as a 2 of, but in any case that you have non black targets on the board then the life gain becomes a valuable fringe benefit to removing especially large creatures on the board. Removal and life gain in one card makes this a really strong play late game.
