The thing to take away with this card is that its a rebel and can thus be fetched directly on to the battlefield with one of the several cards that fetch rebels in the Masques block.

Jareth, as much as I love him, is a Legend, and thus entitled to more power. Not to mention he crys every night someone reminds him he has no vigilance.
Still, I'd say it's worth a cmc of 5, but not 6.
