4 mana for a 2/2 flier? And it can't even give itself the bonus unless you tacked on Vigilance somehow. There are much better angels for the cost out there. Great artwork though.

Something like this, 1WW, 1/1, tap for +2/+2 on target attacking or blocking creature would be much nicer. Thinking of her as an enchantment rather than a creature makes her a little more enticing, but not by much, as there would be better enchantments out there.
