For a card called "Nomad's Assembly" you would think it did something with the creature type: Nomad.
Way to fail WOTC.

Echo Mage. Level up the mage and hopefully have at least 3 other creatures out (Soul's Attendant, Venerated Teacher and if you feel like running a bit of black Dread Drone) and copy this twice. It's pretty much a "You win the game unless your opponent has a Day of Judgement" card.

I'm thinking Panoptic Mirror. Put those in a deck with Conqueror's Pledge, Doubling Season, Sound the Alarm, maybe Master of the Wild Hunt, and you've got an obnoxious token deck! It'd be expensive and extremely vulnerable to mass removal, but it would be more than enough fun to play. Assuming you have enough tokens!
Let's see some perfect scenarios that would never happen, especially because if you can manage to get even part of it in play you've probably won anyway.
-4 Panoptic Mirrors imprinted with Nomads' Assembly
-4 Masters of the Wild Hunt
-4 Doubling Seasons
Hasty math: every turn you would get 64 wolves, then you'd multiply your creatures by 9 from the Nomad's Assemblies, then multiply by 9 again when the last turn's Nomad's Assemblies rebound.
Number of creatures each turn (including the Masters), assuming you haven't been making tokens:
4
612
54,756
4,440,420
359,6... (see all)

oh damn Rebound! I thought elvish promenade was good, you get 6 creatures on the battlefield, drop this, then youve got 12 and then 24 thats not even right. Like seriously this COMPLETELY breaks overrun, an already immensly immensly powerful card. I threw 5 plains into my green deck simply for this card.

k i belive the way its written this will work k lvl 4 echo mage k that copys things twice and nomads assembly cots 6 so by round six you should have around 4 creatures including the echo mage so nomads assembly a total of 6 times with 4 creatures lets do the math
4=8
8=16
16=32
so after 8 mana you have 32 creatures and assuming that day of judgment or wrath was not played lets continue
32=64
64=128
128=256
so with one lvl 4 echo mage 3 other creatures and a nomads assembly you know have 256 creatures and i did the math with 4 echo mages lvl 4 and a nomads assembly you will need 14 mana and you will do nine total nomad assembly's and i did the math and you will have over a million creatures after duplicating just 4 creatures its pretty ridonkulous

Very Potent, but the rebound is a bit... risky, since it really encourages your opponents to wipe your board, and suddenly you're left with the rebound doing nothing. The solution? Dauntless Escort.

Turn four Sigil Captain, turn five Conqueror's Pledge, turn six Nomad's Assembly, turn seven rebound=28 3/3 Kor soldiers. And that's assuming you've played no other creatures prior. Like Armament Masters.
