Not very useful in a mill deck. By the time you get this mana, your opponent SHOULD be running out of options and about to deck.

Ok, so I've been playing around with this card a bit.
It's not the best card, nor is it a card that does anything when it comes out. But for 7 mana, you get a lovely enchantment, which is redundant in multiples, and yet, doesn't need many other cards to function. It does not, for instance need echo mage, which is an expensive liability. Though, I've been working on a deck which ramps up mana with harrow, plays this card, has red splashed for Kiln Fiend, Pyromancer's Ascension.
The amount of spells you can play, and the damage you can deal with those three cards is quite fun to play with IMO. Except, that this card costs 7, so you'd be seeing this on turn 5 at the earliest (reasonably). Then countermagic and such.
Granted, this card shoved into just *a* deck, is a "win-more" card. But, what if you build a deck around it?
And remember, everyone once thought Donate and Recycle was rubbish.

I just want to play this and then Time Warp, just so the next turn I can say, "Let's do the Time Warp again".
... It's just a step to the left!

Eye of the Storm
Hive Mind
That numb feeling you're experiencing is you having an aneurysm, you should probably call 911.

The cost is a bit high, but I find it fun to copy the original spell twice (once before rebound, once after) either with Echo Mage or another 7-mana enchantment called Cloven Casting. This is really fun (as long as the spells aren't burning or milling you) with removal (double Path to Exile or Terminate), mill (Archive Trap or Glimpse the Unthinkable), token generators (Conquerers Pledge), life gain (Angel's Mercy) and almost anything else.

Just what was the flavor of Rebound in Zendikar's block? I mean it seems like more of a Time Spiral mechanic (I'm really surprised they didn't have a future sight version of it) than a roiling plane hiding Cthulhu incarnates.
My best guess is that the plane is so mana rich that spells can become twice as effective. But even then, as chaotic as Zendikar is, it should had been more like cascade/ripple or something more based on chance with it able to backfire on you. Ah well, maybe it was just in the file of filler mechanics that didn't fit in other blocks.

Yes. Sort of. The original will be cast again next turn, and when you do the second cast, you can replicate then, too. The original replicate copies, though, not being cast from hand (or even cast at all), will not be cast through time, as it were.
In other news, this is win. As though extra turn effects weren't abusive enough on their own :P

Doesn't deserve mythic status, only rare. Now if it cost like 4, it could be a mythic, otherwise it's just lame as hell. I pulled two of these from a fat pack and was kind of disappointed that they were the only mythics I got

This card is a just a tragic mistake.
It should have cost 2 generic, 1 red, and 1 blue.

Ugh. This plus Eye of the Storm and Hive Mind makes my head hurt indeed.
Just for laughs, play Time Stretch with all that stuff out. That's going to take a while to figure out what on earth just happened, and then some more time to resolve all those turns.
