I can't think of any combo potential this would have, except maybe with some draw replacement effects or stuff that triggers on draws like Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.

Reasonably good card i can see the advanges. Its like if you don't want to mulligan but you still want the same amount of cards. Or the hand looked good at first but its really bad now. Though slightly less good than a classic draw. But a fine card none the less

allows you to draw a lot of cards for few mana, combo w fx psychosis crawler. doubtful whether its worth it tho....

It looks like one of those cards that was intended to give red and white decks some ability to manipulate their hand. Too bad red already had Winds of Change, and every color has access to Scroll Rack.

I saw this card in a commons/uncommons bin at a store and bought it, realizing it is a decent way for my EDH deck to put cards from my hand that i want to search for via Scion of the Ur-Dragon back into the library. There are better options out there, but this one is cheap and available.

If the CMC was one instead of two, I'd be ordering a playset right now just for the potential usage with Salvaging Station in my Commander decks. As is, it's unexciting, but still fairly good.
