I loved this card. After Legends came out I made a fun as all get out BRG Hell's Caretaker + Rukh Egg deck that sported 4 Royal Assassins and then every good black, red, and green Legend, and this card enabled me to keep them all secret until absolutely necessary. I remember it provided for many surprises in the early tournament scene when my opponent would attack into a morphed Assassin.

Along with Camouflage, the inspiration for Morph...Although this card is deliciously complex for such a simple mechanism...

Plays delicious games with Phyrexian Dreadnought. Along with Stifle, a fish-like deck grew in Vintage/Legacy.

Rules text is enormous, but surprisingly easy to understand.

I'd imagine this card would also be useful in a 3+ colors deck for playing creatures you may not have the right combination of mana for.
EDIT: Nevermind, didn't read closely enough.

See the art? That's what your eyes look like after trying to read the rules text.
