Sadly no, while he IS good with Telepathy, his ability reveals cards at random, so, just because you know which card is the one you want, doesn't mean that's the one he'll pick.

Still a nice card, especially when compared to the other legendary creatures of his era.
Oh yeah, and that artwork... Can't forget the artwork...
