Well, bandage was introduced 3 years after this card was first introduced. You have to keep that in mind while rating.

As for the card, anything that slowtrips for one colored mana deserves a second look. This can turn a trade into a favorable position, can also use this to counter a lightning bolt, or just prevent one damage to you and draw a card.

I definitely think it deserves a higher rating then the current 2.0 its at right now.
