I play this in my mono blue merfolk deck. This is how it goes down.
Them: "Oh, funny, you have a little merfolk.Just wait for my Baneslayer Angel..."
Me: *Brings out Merfolk Sovereign, Merrow Reejerey, and Spreading Seas.
Them: "HOW ARE YOU BEATING ME! THAT CARD IS WORTH 10 CENTS!!"
Anyway, great card, and VERY easy to get a hold of.

When I first read it I thought it said the player discards a card at random... reading it a second time was quite a disappointment.

I love this guy. He's perfect for early on, if Telepathy isn't available.

An evasive one-drop with free micro-Peek is nothing to take for granted in EDH. Put a sword on it. Bitches love swords.

My favorite {u} drop. Islandwalk alone for that would have made it a good card. It's second ability is also awesome.

3.5/5
Its a 1/1 for with a supported creature type. It has two playable abilities that sync well with each other.

@Falos- I have never heard of such a rule. You may write notes about anything that happens during the match, but never have I heard that a revealed card needs to be marked in some fashion. Morphed creatures, on the other hand, cannot be shuffled once revealed or flipped back upside down. I mean I could be wrong, but in 18 years of playing I have never heard of such a rule.
