The cost is what breaks it. At 
it would have been fine, even great. But on the second turn, artifact players have yet another reason to giggle madly. The artifact-loving part of me... loves this card, while the logical part of me thinks it's a bit much, especially with Scars on the horizon. I'm not sure about this one.
