Sleep! I love this card. Frost Titan has a mini one built in and Wall of Frost is kinda one too. My blue deck may be tuornament worthy (if only I could get some Bankslayer Angels though.)

Leyline of anticipation, frost titan, permafrost trap, aether adept and this for a lock down deck.
Oh and maybe lorthos and mana leaks.. or stormtide leviathan. Actually even gravitational shift could be fun there.

This thing completely destroys decks focused on monster affects... especially when you've got extras

Sorry, not true. You still must suffer the lack of untaps.
Ruling:
"The second part of Sleep's effect affects all creatures the targeted player controls as Sleep resolves, not just the ones that Sleep actually caused to become tapped."

If you have leyline of anticipation you can play this during their turn and totally stop their attack, not only that but majorly annoy them too.

hmm,this + the new angel from scars
u tap all and attack hard
then next turn u play angel wich kills all taped creatures
= free full scale attack+ opponents creatures are dead =)
its great combo!
