Excellent land grabber, especially due to its low casting cost and flexibility of target.

@Quang: In mono-green, that is undoubtedly true, however, when you need to get other colours involved this card can be extremely useful.

No spectrum deck should ever run without 4 of these.

paladin, terramorphic sets you at the same amount of mana, this sets you ahead one, and can work well with the new landfall

Not bad, but I'd rather have Terrormorphic Exspance or an Enchantment which gives me double mana over this.

Wow, this card has a lot lower of a rating than I expected, and has been getting some pretty negative comments. I wouldn't want to run a deck with more than two colors without one of these things if I ever expected to get the better creatures out before I died. This card is perfect; balanced, sure, but perfect.

Farseek is slightly better since it can grab certain dual lands. Fertile Ground is significantly better, as its bonus can be used on the same turn, it can produce a different color each turn, and it combos well with abilities that untap lands. Of course neither of those are in standard, but for landfall effects Harrow is obviously the better choice.

Gatherer works better in the Companion app!
