Harrow is twice the card this will ever be because it only costs 2g and the 2 lands don't come in tapped, but you have to sac a land but you can just sac one you just tapped.

If I were to choose, I'd pick Cultivate instead.
That second land you looked for MAY not come to any use, but if you didn't play any lands that turn, you could have cultivated a tapped land and an untapped one for 
less.
I'll just get epic ramp spell for EDH instead, though.
