It's alright. But enchanting lands is about always worse compared to digging for new lands. If someone bounces/destroys/steals or otherwise gets rid of your land, you lost two cards at once. Also, when you search lands from your library, you reduce the risk of drawing lands in the late game, when you want to rather draw stuff to beat your opponent.

One of the best mana fixers I've ever seen, theres only two other cards better, prismatic omen and trace of abundance. You could play a five color deck by having 15 forests, and 4 of these, and a prismatic omen.

This is better than trace of abundance. Shroud on a land is almost worthless, and fertile ground is one color.
