Isn't anyone ever tempted to cut these kinds of cards in half and build decks with mini-cards? Probably not, but you gotta love card titles like "Stand and Deliver" and "Odds and Ends."

Not bad. The bounce part is like a boomerang, but more easier to cast in multiplayer decks. And sometimes, the damage prevention might also be nice.

Deliver is obviously better. The extra mana over Disperse is made up by the fact that is is 2 cards in one. Not terrible
