with the help of Wildheart Invoker, I shot a Pestilence Demon out the sky with this card in a draft. Very good. You can almost always find a use for it. keep it in the main deck just in case.

Leaf Arrow a la lightning bolt, Plummet a la doom blade, Gravity Well a la nothing, Windstorm a la comet storm(ish), green has enough answers.

This should cantrip or hit more targets. Or even just do more damage. As long as plummet is around, this card will never see play as an flier-hate card. The 3 damage is just too restrictive.
Green, of all colors, won't mind paying a single extra mana for a much more versatile card. I mean, you can blast baneslayer and demon of deaths' gate clean out of the air.

This card will never replace Plummet; however, if your metagame is heavy on flyers I can see this being played alongside with Plummet. Maybe even as a sideboard card. Still an ehhh card...
2.5/5 (the one mana is the only saving grace here)

It would be like the worst way to die, to die to a leaf.

Flavor text fail. How many Eldrazi have flying? How many of those don't have pro-colored spells? And LOL, fighting with a leaf. The whole thing is pathetic.
