Not broken... c'mon people, think before you speak. When you show me how this card becomes a staple in Vintage/Legacy that must be banned, you can say it's broken or overpowered. Until then, it's just a really cool card in a variety of formats.

Creatures were just way too overcosted back then; Wizards was just very careful in the beginning. Now that the game is a little more established, they can give creatures, the underdog card type, a little more power.

This thing is an absolute beast; one of my favorite creatures of all time.

This guy, Massacre Wurm, Phyrexian Oblitaerator and the Praetors...SoM had some fantastic bombs. What do we get with RtR? Jank, jank and more jank. Here's hoping for a decent block next time.

Wow, that is allot of hate for one great card. I find that most players simply complain about something because it is outside of the strategy that they have planned. Basically they have failed to prepare for it. The same complaints went on forever about the original Masticore. But is that card even played anymore besides on kitchen tables? Point being no card is unbeatable.
