Guntz, I would say this is better. If you're playing with enough instants and sorceries, which you should in and inst/sorc deck, you're going to want to be able to pick and choose what you get.

On the other hand, I have a bad habit of underestimating card advantage. Surreal memoir's rebound really makes it- play it when you have only two inst/sorces in the graveyard it's much better than this and even without, a well build deck shouldn't have any card you don't really want.

hmm, I'm starting to convince myself otherwise. I guess the best plan is to play both.
