This is definitely better than the Sage/Spire Owls. One thing nobody has mentioned is that this can dig just as deep by scrying the three cards on to the bottom of the library, thus touching the fourth card.

I love this card with Conjurer's Closet.
Fantastic hand advantage... and its an owl! Who doesn't like owls?

Great card. I despise blue, but even I have to admit this is one of its best creatures.
