It had some synergy with Dwarven Warriors, one of my favourite cards from Revised, but yeah, this card sucks. Also, isn't this ability known as Frenzy?

2/2 that circumstantially becomes 4/2... for 4 cmc... yeah, I have one of these and remember that even then I didn't run it.
