one of the worst schemes, helps out your opponents at least as much as it helps you

This could have been useful during the days of mana burn.

Actually... hey Wizards! If you do another Archenemy run (or Planechase, it can work in either, just flavored differently) do an ongoing scheme (or plane) that implements something like mana burn. Probably tweeked to occur a bit more often, perhaps by increasing output. As a temporary effect, it would be fun to revisit for a bit ;)

I kind of want to Mindslaver all my opponents at once just so I could use this, but that's more because I get a little too caught up in my own supervillainy when I play Archenemy. Realisitcally, the only way this will ever see use is if you randomize which schemes are going to be used or do some sort of draft with them (actually, that sounds like fun).

Randomly doubling your opponents' mana is not usually a good strategy. This is a bad scheme.

This is situationally either decent or extremely bad. Doubling your own mana can at least eliminate a player if your hand is good enough. But if you can't win the game before your turn ends, you will likely lose it before your next turn begins. And the randomness is just plain unacceptable. This should have had some additional way of hurting the opponents.

At least the artwork's cool. And it fits the flavor of a maniacel villain flaunting his power.

Actually, I think it's even worse than it appears at first glance, as you'll have many enemies who will have plenty of opportunity to abuse this card in their favour.

So all this does is double the amount of mana that all players get from land, I though the idea of the schemes was to only help the archenemy not everyone.

wait... your opponents who, as a team, are tripling (or greater) your land drops.
for a kill stroke, i could see it's use. but doesn't My Crushing Masterstroke do that much better?
i would never put this in my scheme deck when i could have something like Tooth, Claw and Tail.

just saying.
