A spell that costs and frequently does between 7 and 10 damage to an opponent when dropped on the first turn is obscene.
I dislike playing against it, and I cannot put it in a deck in good conscience. "Hate" is not a strong enough word. I feel dirty for owning so many.

Four sol rings in the same deck? Don't do that. They are restricted to one per deck for a reason.

At the crossroads of this and Dark Ritual, mono black was the most feared in all my early playgroups, and that's even before taking Necropotence intp account. Respect the Vise, and dread what follows.

Had an opponent play a Draw deck with Consecrated Sphinx and Jin-Gitaxias. I won two turns later.

I'm a firm advocate of vintage legal cards not showing up in casual, and this is another clear example why. If you're not playing vintage and thus not necessarily playing out most of your hand in 1 or 2 turns, this thing is going to deal about ~7+ damage. For 1 colorless mana. If it's casual your opponent also has a higher chance of having a slow start (because less competitive archetypes can pop up), and if they do, then your vintage-only card is going to win the whole game for you.
If you play this in a casual game, don't be surprised if your opponent gets cheesed off with you.
