Mirror Entity, Conspiracy, Heartstone, Training Grounds, Konda's Banner, Cathars' Crusade, Glorious Anthem, Crovax, Ascendant Hero, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Coat of Arms...You can even use her to repeatedly fetch Task Force for Miren, the Moaning Well.
It's too bad she becomes an hero in the Invasion block.
(Amazingly, she's still costed "fairly".)

Can be used as a general for an extraordinarily cheap EDH deck. Just load with rebels and cards like Konda's Banner.

Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero + Distorting Lens + your choice of Lightbringer or Lawbringer is the reason she is banned. I didn't play back then but I asked my local card shop judge/owner and he told me.

I am assuming the easiest (and ban-worthy) combo with her was with Conspiracy. Printed in the same block, you could easily just change all your creatures to Rebels and tutor-play a Two-Headed Dragon... or Squee, if that's your cup of tea.
