This guy is flipping adorable ( imagine he does flips).
He'll probably be limited and casual, but who knows... juggling equipment at instant speed is pretty strong (and also flipping cool)

I'm not expert, but I think for something to be an "Equipment," it needs to be a permanent on the battlefield. When it's being CAST, it's an artifact SPELL, not an artifact, and I would imagine that applies when it's in your hand too.

Not only does he look absolutely cuddly, but he could be fairly deadly with equipment that have triggers upon dealing damage. Jitte, Sword of X and Y, Worldslayer
