@Lorendorky: You sound a bit scorned. Yes, a lot of the cards in this set can be played well in Commander (EDH), but if the set has any issues it's not because of any cards built with Commander / EDH in mind. If anything it's a Timmy Angel for Angel lovers. It's a fun card for casual, which in no way means it sucks just because it won't be played by competitive types.

@Artan: I'm a Timmy, and I love Angels, and hate most Wurms. So, yes, some Timmies do like Angels.

Although I want to get the art altered, because it's some of my least favorite Angel art in MtG.

Levitation is 2BlueBlue to give your entire army flying. This also adds lifelink and a 4/4 body. I think it is appropriately costed when considering balance, but it needs to be stronger when considering powercreep.

Made for 4 player co-op and archenemy. Totally devastating in that format.

Putting all your creatures in the air is devastating, it allows you to just attack in with everything. And giving them lifelink puts you ahead so that when your opponents start attacking into you because they are like, oh crap, we gotta kill him, you will have some extra life to offset that. Not an obviously good card, so it won't get blown up immediately like most good cards, but when people start to catch on your probably so ahead that they won't be able to recover anyways. Much like turn 1 serra ascendant, this will have a major impact on your life total for the majority of the game. And in limited having just a 4/4 flying lifelinker on it's own is really good. This is easily 1st pick material.
