I pulled three of these in my sealed pool. Won me the tourney, though a casual one between friends.

This card turns the tide of any game if played at least decently.
Its cousin mind control has already won me a lot of games in a w/u deck, with this infect decks can compensate for their somewhat weak creatures when playing against timmy.

This one is Mind Control, but better (if you're into infect-cards)!

The flavor, the FLAVOR. It's like a filet of card. It gushes with evil, it fits Phyrexia perfectly, and it's a powerful card, what more can you ask for? Auto-include in any EDH deck I make running Blue simply because of how much of a screw over this can be against fatties. Why yes, I would love having a Primeval Titan plus infect, thank you very much! Even funnier in the EDH case if you grab their general.

It's easy to attach it to Emrakul
Just use Kitsune Mystic/Crown of Ages.

ok so earlier today i was doing a 2v1 duel with my friend and it was me wit h U/G versus 2 zombie token decks and i was running out of time (literally, like i had to leave) so i asked them if i could take my turn and this is what went down:
(my field, an omnath, locus of mana with 6 green floating, a Llanowar Elves, an Overgrown Battlement and another defender. i had 9 forest and 4 islands...........My opponents had about 30 zombies and they would go up to 60 next turn)
I draw, smile evilly and tapp everything to play this and flight on my Omnath and i swung for just enough infect to win :D oh and did i mention how every single one of there zombies were tapped cause i played sleep the turn b4? no? ok.

I do believe that a blue control-infect deck is in order...

It's not as completely overpowered as everyone seems to think it is. If you're using it in a non-Infect deck, you've gained the ability to deal permanent damage but split your player damage base. But infect decks couldn't really use Mind Control for the same reason, as it'd split their damage base. While this card is certainly powerful (Pricing it the same as Mind Control classic was a bit of a dick move Wizards,) the existence of a card like this was pretty much necessary.
Also, flavor. So much delicious flavor. I hate Phyrexia with a passion and I still think this is one of my favorite cards from the block. Viva la Vorthos!

@lordof1000mimes
I was playing a wacky draft(when you can play with any packs you want) and i made a ok infect deck with this card. First match he went first and we played a land and ended our turns. He hit his fifth land turn five playing baneslayer and then i drew my second island to corrupt his baneslayer. He cried as i swung next turn for 9 infect with skittles.

If you hate having friends, you can put this in a Bruna, Light of Alabaster EDH deck.
