Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have, say, 4 artifacts and mr. Igniter on the battlefield, and you pay 2RR, he'll get +8/+0? Or am I wrong?

@Sir_Kruemer Yes he will. But watch out for first strikers, any form of removal or anything with higher power than 5. Oh and deathtouch. Plus you need 11 mana to do that in one turn.

I normally use a semblance anvil to exile a creature that doesn't really matter far into the game and cast the Hellkite Igniter and throw a mask of avacyn on it. Then I put an enchantment to make it unblockable (of course getting this combination is very unlikely)

The flavor, art, and even effect make it seem like this could even be a Mythic Rare. It certainly fits the ideal criteria-epic, flavorful, inspires you to build a deck around it, and isn't a multiformat 4-of auto include. It is pretty high cost, though; perhaps he'd need a small p/t buff or another keyword ability.
