with the possible exception of phyrexian crusader i'd say this is the best infect creature. uu cost would be balanced but this is so obviously u/g win...

Blue/White with a bunch of white infect fliers, 4 of these guys, and cheap equipment. Unlike Growth, Equipment is permanent.

Got a turn 3 kill with this guy lastnight, turn 1 island silver-inlaid dagger, turn 2 mountain blighted agent, turn 3 mountain equip dagger+ assault strobe+ mutagenic growth =win.
