Uh turn 4 Thunder Dragon/ Hamletback Goliath/ Djinn Illuminatus/ Hateflayer isn't bad at all.
But there are plenty of other applications, I'm sure. Just search for red creatures with mana cost 7 and go to town.

Turn 4, cast Koth, use his second ability (granted with only mountains in play) and cast Geosurge. Has a nice synergy in standard, I'd say.

As you can see this card has potential to unleash mayhem if used properly.

This man was once a Prodigal Pyromancer. But, his friend, Simian Spirit Giude, introduced him to the glory of adding mana to ones mana pool. He tried it in a fiery blast known as the Pyretic Ritual.
