I KNOW!!! I'm surprised this card isn't rated higher. 4.3 for Doom Blade but this gets 3.8? Sure it's 
but wtf, it can kill literally hundreds more creatures and chances are you're gonna have that ONE more black mana

In post-Gatecrash standard, this is a 4 or 4.5, since zombies, vampires, and werewolves are not played much, with a few exceptions like Stromkirk Noble and Falkenrath Aristocraft. The only real downside is the casting cost.

This is probably my all time favorite two mana kill spell. It is really flavorful, and I think it could find a home in some mono black decks.
