Made as a counter to Lingering Souls. Obviously. It would be a lot better if souls hadn't been banned.

This and Armored Transport are currently the only 3 creature cards legal in Standard.

Not very nice when Haunted Guardian is the only 2 creature card currently legal in Standard, and it is also a defender. Neither option is great.
