This usually comes out being as big as Hill Giant, but with first strike and costs 
less. Definitely a solid common.

Do you remember what we used to get for 
in Core Sets so far? Certainly not a solid 2/2 first striker.
And since Gray Ogre hasn't seen the light of day in quite a while, it was about time to equip him with some contemporary abilities :P

This would be playable without bloodthirst. But, given that red has more ways to activate it than any other color, this card might just be amazing.

If you can get in a hit to face then ya great. Just don't spend too many turns trying befor you just cast it as a 2/2.

I actually dislike how they brought back Bloodthirst. It always seems to raise the CMC of cards to a level where the bloodthirst is necessary; which it might as well be, since with a simple pinger, it's not that hard to achieve other than early game(without throwing away good burn spells)
