I know auras aren't generally good, card disadvantage and all. But this seems like a good one to slap on Tormented Soul. It doubles his damage and makes him harder to remove.

I used to think he was smiling, too. But read the flavor text. Then look at the art. Notice how he's actually terrified, since he is having his skeleton pulled out from his mouth. It freaks me the hell out. The card itself is pretty cool, but I can never justify actually using it.

For some reason, all I can think is that this guy is some sort of Innistrad spokesperson. You never see that smile on someone who isn't trying to sell you something. "Head-Off! Apply directly to the skin! Head-Off! Apply directly to the skin! Head-Off! Apply directly to the skin!"
