I can see this card increasing in popularity again due to all the GY shenanigans taking place in the new sets due to flashback. Cards with flashback don't really cause card disadvantage when they're put in the GY.
Deck with 4 avatars of discord, 4 Demigod's of revenge and lots of flashback cards and reanimate cards = powerful casual deck imo.

If you have no cards in your hand, Avatar of Discord costs 6 less to play.

Fantastic card when used with Dark Ritual on turn 1 to set up a second turn Exhume of a huge creature.

5/3 for 3 mana with flying and reanimator potential? Yes, please.

I like how you can tell right off the bat that the art is by rk post, who also did Avatar of Woe. The art looks a bit similar, in my opinion.

@Sleazebag: Remember that Demigod of Revenge's ability only triggers when you cast it from your hand. Exhumeing one won't reanimate the others.
That said, I don't see the problem with this card. It's an enormous flyer for the cost, and black has never really had any trouble with getting things back from the graveyard. (At least it's not a Phyrexian Negator)

Sure, I will gladly discard a Reassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast!

I'm still having a lot of troubles getting this card to work. I'm thinking a Wheel of Fate style deck where card disadvantage matters a lot less. With today's removal see seems to risky unless you can make up for that disadvantage.
