The mana cost makes her playable in EDH. That format loves big scary sac outlets.

Tar pitcher that without a goblin requirement and with mana in the activation cost? Could have its uses. Maybe sacrificing a Goblin Arsonist or Reassembling Skeleton?
Also, the whole art is awesome. The spilled, fire-like blood, the hot cultist and the gothic architecture in the background all work well to build a tridimensional effect.

With lots and lots of "when this (or any) creature dies" effects of late, I really like her. She also fuels Grim Lavamancer, for a nice alternative to a straight-up burn deck. I run two of her in my R/G aggro deck, with Goblin Arsonist and lots of little token makers. Chump-block with a token creature, then sac it pre-damage to deal 2 to whatever you like. She's a utility uncommon, the grease on the wheels of a lot of decks. You don't build around her, but she plugs some holes for you. 4/5.

Skull Catapult on a 2/2. Seems fine in limited.

A decent sacrifice outlet, fairly costed as well. 3.5/5

You know, I'm pretty sure reassembling skeleton is going into every casual deck for the rest of its legality in standard.

More useful than usual with the new Morbid mechanic.

Maybe something could be done with her in a burn deck playing 4 Chandra's Phoenix?
