Not much to say. This card is overcosted for a detrimental ability *and* one less toughness than cost...

These kinds of cards were never good. Getting a creature that can only do half of a creature's job should bring some sort of bonus, but all it gets is... nothing.

Plus the art sucks. And why can't a Taskmaster block? Does Wizards not know what the word Taskmaster is?
