Interesting dynamic with the opponents werewolf cards. Usually, you're the one scrambling to cast enough spells to keep them in human form but if you put this on the werewolf, now it's your opponent who has to keep the spell flow up and all you have to do to shut down his creatures is not cast anything for a turn. Sure, it buffs the human side but they rarely stay on the human side for long as it's rather difficult to keep up that casting pace.

I just played against someone that had two of these in their opening hand.
Turn 1:
Elite Vanguard
Turn 2:
Bonds of Faith
Turn 3:
Bonds of Faith
Just like that, I'm down to 10 health on turn three. This is a fantastic card.

It binds angels.
And this is why Innistrad is rather stupid at times.

@DoragonShinzui: Well, it says what cannot be destroyed will be bound. And Avacyn can't be destroyed...

I saw one of these enchanting a Village Ironsmith, and just loved the flavor of it.
During the day, the pious ironsmith's faith in Avacyn was enough to keep him alive, give him hope, strengthen him against the horrors that life on Innistrad entails. During the night, that same faith was enough for him to keep himself controlled, keep him from becoming one of those self-same horrors.

@Laguz Or it could run Thraben sentry. I wouldnt mind a 4/4 that becomes a 7/6 when one of my guys dies.
