Run with Gitaxian Probe in standard for some evil-laugh inducing fun.

I would much rather play this in Casual, maybe even Commander, than Standard:
Reason being- the harder it is to name the right card, the more awesome it is when it works :)

It's a shame there's no raven in the picture.

@DarkHero To my understanding yes, because "Bloodline Keeper" is not named "Lord of the Lineage." Transforming a creature isn't casting it, so Nevermore wouldn't have an effect on that either. Why wouldn't he just name Bloodline Keeper anyhow?

Yeah, I was surprised when the story came out that this was originally designed as DCI, the Curse, rather than Meddling Mage off the stick.

There are ways around this card, with abilities that put cards directly into play; like Elvish Piper

Yay, Runed Halo #5-8 in my "Suppresion" deck, and yet another way to screw over EDH generals.

So this is the Un-Set inspired card. Huh.
I'm getting the strong feeling this display of thought police tactics will play a part in humanity's (possible) turn to the Dark Side in Dark Ascension...

Why isn't there a raven in the art?
