It's perfect for the tezzeret deck. It combos with thirst for knowledge.

For the confused new players, read Mishra's Factory

He blocks as a 3/3. Seems to work fine against Elspeth's wimpy forces, right?

It would have been great if oh I don't know; they had more than ONE assembly worker creature.

Meh, I suppose you could toss him into a Prototype Portal and just have them keep buffing each other, but it would just amount to a bad exalted ripoff unless you had ways to untap all artifacts you control.

Combos with both the brother's lands. Urza's Factory and Mishra's Factory

I agree with you, in the context of this deck, there were better choices to be made.

The tragedy of this dude is the flavor of him. The lands, the factory so similar to urza's, you just WANT to make him work. But he doesn't actually do anything. Such a pity.

Am I the only one who just wasn't sure about this guy?
I know there's a land to half-support him,
But I feel like certain cards just really didn't need to be put in,
And even doubles of other cards would have been acceptable, if not new ones altogether.

Love the flavour text and the art. Worthless in actual gameplay.
