In the early stages of my Phyrexia deck and meta, Crovax would smoke people alone because I was the only one who used (and for some reason still uses) Black. It's a shame he's little more than just a relic now...

How exactly was this guy even close to beating Volrath the Fallen? Not only are his printed stats weaker, his ability boosts Volrath and does nothing for himself.
